Who actually runs this?+

Crewdo Pty Ltd, ABN 85 607 112 578, out of Caloundra in Queensland. We build and pay for the websites, the phone number and the advertising. You do the tree work. Our name is on the sites, so we are fussy about who answers the phone.

Am I sharing these leads with other crews?+

No. One operator holds Blue Mountains at a time. The number on every suburb site in the area rings your mobile and nobody else's. Nothing gets sold twice, which is the whole difference between this and a lead seller.

What is the catch with the free month?+

There is not one. No card, nothing to cancel, no obligation at the end. Work the area for 30 days, count what came in, then decide. We would rather you counted the leads yourself than took our word for it.

What counts as a genuine lead?+

An answered call, a voicemail where someone actually leaves a message, or a written enquiry. Every call recording and every form is screened first, so telemarketers, job seekers and wrong numbers are filtered out. A call that rings out without a message counts as half, because you still get the number and can ring them back, but we cannot verify what they wanted. Your weekly email counts them separately from the rest, and each one sits in your portal under Missed, no message, so you can check the sum and ring them back. Weeks under 3 leads are free.

What if a lead is rubbish?+

Dispute it from the lead page in your portal within 14 days. We check it against the recording or the written enquiry, and if it was not genuine it comes off your count. Where there is no recording to check, you get the benefit of the doubt.

I do not take every type of job. Can I pick?+

Yes. Tick the work you do on the application and we send the rest elsewhere. Nobody wants a 2am call for a job they do not touch.

What if I get too busy to take more?+

Tell us and we pause it, or hand the area back. No penalty either way, and no notice period. The work you have already won stays yours.

Can these go straight into my own system?+

Yes. If you run ServiceM8, Tradify or anything with an email intake address, put that address in your portal settings and every lead lands in there as a job automatically, on top of the text message and email you already get. No double entry, and nothing to install.

How fast can I start?+

Once you are approved the area number switches to your mobile the same day, and your portal login lands in your inbox. There is nothing to install and nothing to learn.
