For tree service businesses
Book out your crew.
Never chase work again.
We build and rank the local websites homeowners find when they need tree work. You rent your area, exclusively. Every call and every quote request from that patch is yours alone. Not shared. Not resold.
What tomorrow morning looks like
A homeowner searches
“tree removal” plus their suburb. Our site is what they find. That is the whole point of it.
Your phone rings
They tapped Call. You are the only arborist that number rings for. No race, no shared lead.
Job quoted
Three dead gums, access is fine, booked for Thursday. You are back on the saw by five past.
Nothing slips
Missed calls become recorded voicemails, and every enquiry is logged. The number is waiting for you at smoko.
The only name they call
Lead marketplaces sell one job to four operators, then charge everyone for the privilege. Here, the area’s phone number rings you and nobody else. When it rings, the job is yours to win.
Busy weeks cost the same
One flat weekly rent for the whole area, ten leads or forty. The busier the week gets, the cheaper each job gets. No per lead fees. No bill shock in storm season. And a quiet week is free.
Walk away whenever
First 30 days free, no card needed. After that it is week to week, cancel any time. If the area is not paying for itself, leave. No contract, no minimum term, no notice period, no exit fee. We only deserve the rent while the phone keeps ringing.
The Tree Rank guarantee
All the risk is ours. That’s the point.
You’ve been burned by marketing promises before. So we don’t ask you to trust us. We ask you to count the leads.
Quiet weeks are free
First 30 days free, no card needed. From day 31, any Monday to Sunday week the area sends fewer leads than its free line, you pay nothing. Hit the line and it is one flat weekly rent, billed the Monday after.
No contracts. Ever.
No contract, no minimum term, no notice period. The rent has to earn its keep every single week. That’s our problem, not yours.
Cancel with one email
Reply to any billing email and you’re done. No exit fees, no hoops, no retention phone call. Every job you won stays yours.
Open areas
These sites are live, ranking, and taking enquiries right now. Every number below is a real lead captured in the last 30 days. Not a projection. What you see is what you rent.

What getting work usually costs
Lead marketplaces
You pay per lead. So do three competitors buying the same one. Everyone races to the phone, most of you paid for nothing.
SEO agencies
Often $1,500 to $3,000 a month to start trying to rank you. Results land next year, maybe. You carry all the risk while they learn your trade.
Google Ads
Pay for every click, including the tyre-kickers and the price-shoppers. The leads stop the second the spend stops.
Renting with Tree Rank
The sites already rank and already take calls. Your first 30 days are free, no card needed. After that the rent is one flat weekly price, any quiet week is free, and you can cancel the moment it stops stacking up. All the risk sits with us, where it belongs.
How it works
- 1
We build and rank
A network of local tree service websites for every suburb in an area, ranked in Google where your customers actually search.
- 2
You rent the area
Apply with your ABN and insurance. Once approved, reply yes and the whole area’s lead flow switches to you the same day, exclusively. First 30 days free, no card needed.
- 3
The leads land
Calls forward straight to your phone with a heads up on where the job is. Quote requests arrive the moment they’re sent. Missed calls become voicemails.
- 4
You do the tree work
Quote it, win it, invoice it. Your business, your customer, your money. We just keep the phone ringing.
Fair questions
- Are the leads really exclusive?
- Yes. One operator per area, full stop. Nothing is shared or resold. The phone number on every site in your area forwards to you and nobody else.
- What does it cost?
- First 30 days free, no card needed. After that, one flat weekly rent per area, plus GST, priced on what the area actually sends. The numbers on each area page are real captured leads. Every area page shows that area's own weekly rent and its free line — the number of genuine leads a week has to send before it charges anything. From day 31, any Monday to Sunday week under that line costs nothing. Reach it and you pay the flat rent for that week. It is billed the Monday after, in arrears, against a card on file. We ask for the card from day 21.
- Can the rent change?
- Yes, with 14 days written notice — pricing follows what the area actually sends, so an area that grows can cost more and rent never changes mid week or without warning. If you do not want a new rate, cancel before it starts and pay nothing beyond weeks already delivered. Full terms are one page, in plain English: treerank.co/terms.
- What if the area has a quiet week?
- Then that week is free. Every area has a free line, shown on its own page. A week only charges once it sends that many genuine leads, Monday to Sunday. Fall short and you pay nothing for it. A genuine lead is an answered call, a voicemail that leaves a message, or a written enquiry from a real potential customer — we screen every enquiry and review every call recording, so telemarketers, job seekers, wrong numbers and website spam are filtered out automatically and never count toward your bill. Missed rings never count either. The rent only lands for weeks that actually delivered, and never in your first 30 days. Fair’s fair.
- How does the waitlist work?
- Approved applicants queue in the order they applied. When an area opens, the front of the queue gets 48 hours to claim it, no card needed. If they do not claim, it passes to the next in line. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and asks for no card.
- Am I locked in?
- No. First 30 days free, no card needed. After that it is week to week. Cancel any time by replying to any billing email. No contract, no minimum term, no notice period, no exit fee. If you leave, the area goes back on this page for the next operator.
- Who can rent an area?
- Licensed, insured tree businesses with a valid ABN. We review every application personally. These sites carry our name too, so only good operators get behind them.
- What about services I don’t offer?
- Tell us and we route those enquiries away from you. You only get calls for work you actually do.
- What happens if I stop renting?
- Every job you won is yours forever: your customers, your relationships. The websites and the area’s phone number stay with the area for the next operator. Nothing more is charged, whether you leave inside your free 30 days or years later. That’s the deal that keeps the weekly rent simple.
One operator per area.
Yours might still be open.
When an area rents, it comes off the market, sometimes for years. First 30 days free, no card needed. Quiet weeks are free after that and you can cancel any time, so the only thing you risk is missing out.
